Bellevue Arts Program – 2012 Special Projects funding announced!

The 2012 Special Projects funding guidelines are now available here: http://www.bellevuewa.gov/arts_special_projects_funding.htm

Applications are due May 21st at 5:00 p.m.

There’s a workshop on April 23rd at City Hall at 3:30 in room 1E-112.  This will be a good time to get questions answered about the program and application in general and your project in particular.

Mary Pat writes:  Unfortunately, our total Eastside Arts Partnerships and Special Projects funding for 2012 was reduced by 25% in order to help balance a $6 million shortfall in the City’s general operating budget.  The Arts Commission will make its recommendations on how to apply the reduction after they’ve reviewed both the EAP and Special Projects applications.  The intention is to make this a one-year-only reduction.
